Valentine’s Day <3

Be our valentine! You and your special someone can celebrate with our five-course dinner and complimentary champagne. Special extras for those that come stag! There will be two seatings available - 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Check out the menu below!

Our 7-seat bar will be available the entire evening for walk-ins and will serve our regular menu.

Reservation only. Tickets must be purchased in advanced for the special Valentine’s Day menu. 7.875% sales tax will be charged for all ticket purchases the evening of the event.

Come ring in the new year with us! We will be serving a decadent four-course dinner along side a very special selection of champagnes and sparkling wines. Tickets will be available for purchase until December 21st at 11:59pm (CST). We hope to see you there!

 Private Party Information

Thank you for considering Hyacinth for your upcoming event.

We are conveniently located on Grand Avenue a quarter block from Avon Street in Saint Paul, MN.

Our intimate restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Our normal business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 5pm to 10pm.


PRICING

Our event menu (included in the 'Event Booklet' above) is served family-style for each course.
Hyacinth is happy to accommodate different dietary wants/needs/restrictions.

- Large Parties -

We have a small, intimate dining room.
For parties larger than 8 guests, please e-mail the restaurant for more information.

MINIMUM PURCHASE: $500

BEVERAGES: All beverages are available a la carte / Corkage Fee: $15
TAX: 7.875% Minnesota Sales Tax

- Entire Dining Room / Buyout -

ROOM FEE: $2,500 Tuesday through Thursday / $3,500 Friday & Saturday
DINNER MENU: $50 per guest / with wine pairings + $25 per guest
BEVERAGES: All beverages are available a la carte / Corkage Fee: $15
TAX: 7.875% Minnesota Sales Tax

 

Deposit

A $500 deposit is required to reserve the room for dinner. Upon receipt of this deposit, your reservation is guaranteed. In case of cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full with a minimum of 14 days advance notice.

Deposits for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the date of the event will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future private event.

 

Final Payment

The balance of the itemized bill for the event is due at the end of the event.
Hyacinth does not accept checks for final payment.
